We entered the scenario at the start-up phase. We were contracted to:

Help define the target audience of the site.

Conduct usability reviews and write functional specifications for the site.

Design and build an architecture that would be highly robust and scalable to handle extreme traffic.

Design the graphical look and feel for the site, including branding.

Integrate data workflow applications to allow member data to be transacted with 3rd parties for IPAT profiling, handwriting analysis, etc.

Design, build, and host a large scale, secure production infrastructure for the site.
