A youth outreach site for the LifeTeen program, a Catholic organization dedicated to assisting teens worldwide in maintaining a focus on their faith.

A LifeTeen.com site already existed, but had been poorly designed (over 1 year in development), and did not meet the needs of the organization. A new site was proposed:

Graphically stimulating for the teen audience.

Strong community aspects (message boards, daily bible readings, etc.)

Easily managed to keep content fresh on a day-by-day basis.

Capable of accommodating content of many types, all in a searchable and consistently brand-able manner.

Suit the needs of over 120,000 unique users per month.

LifeTeen was responsible for generating and managing the updating of their content.

Results...

	*Developed site from functional spec to production release in 90 days.*

	ALL site content is fully manageable via graphical administration system.

	Handles >100K visits per month, with constant updated dynamic content, on ONE web server.

	Ability to keep fresh content, and strong yet non-obtrusive membership impulse created more site members in the first 90 days than the previous site created in 12 months.

	Average member now returns to the site twice per week (8 visits per month).

	Assisted LifeTeen in locating production class hardware for less than 20% of market price.
